Led by our funky, all-knowing Videogame Quiz Leader, we’ll deliver rapid-fire questions about videogames new and old, and maybe even delve into some of the techie stuff behind them. Hands up if you know what a sprite is?!
Know your Fortnite from your Apex? Your Minecraft from your Roblox? What about your Terraria from your Stardew Valley? We’ll have special rounds on shoot-em-ups, platformers and construction games, along with film tie-ins, next generation consoles and even some of the “unreal” technology behind your favourite pastime. What about the games your parents played!? Some of those were even fun! Allegedly.
This Videogame Quiz is a Live Experience, with competitive leader boards and lots of fun shout outs to the hotshots and the fastest movers and encouragement for even the shakiest competitors.
Perfect for taking part with – and defeating – friends. Prizes include the ability to brag about your extensive videogame knowledge and brilliance, and an hour of non-stop gripping entertainment!
FireTech Experiences are a new series of short, high interest, fun and engaging tech demonstrations and talks. These are delivered in webinar style, using Zoom, with the main expert tutor showcasing a new interesting aspect of technology and learning. Apart from Zoom, no other downloads are required.
