Java Game Coder’s Help Clinic
For online courses: these require you to have a capable computer to work on and a broadband internet connection. Most PC/Mac computers from the last 5 years will be fine but you can view our recommended detailed system requirements here. For on campus courses: laptops are provided for all junior courses, as well as Music, Unity, Creative Design & YouTube senior courses. Laptop rental is available for all other senior courses (£50 extra).

Our expert Java instructor is there to recap the basics such as classes, objects, variables, data structures, making your sprites move and interact in Greenfoot and to take your questions. The sessions will be helpful for beginner and intermediate Game Coders using Greenfoot to make games in Java.

|You will join a small group of other young learners, working and learning together|
|Ask questions and make lots of progress in fun and interactive ways|

If you have a specific question you would like the tutor to address, it would be super helpful if you can send it beforehand. Details on how to do this will be provided in your welcome messages. Due to the volume of attendees, it may not be possible to address all issues in detail. All learners should find the sessions useful, engaging and informative.
